Personal Statement

I am motivated to pursue a career in pharmacy to help address addiction issues as I have seen them in my community. I believe pharmacists can play a vital role in education, prevention, and supporting those affected by substance misuse.

My goal is to earn a PharmD and an MBA to develop both clinical expertise and leadership skills.

Ultimately, I aspire to open a rehabilitation center that provides comprehensive care and promotes healthier communities. I am committed to making a positive impact and contributing to community health through my future career.

Community Service

Organization: LSU Engaged Citizen Program & Local Food Banks (Greater Baton Rouge Food Bank, LSU Food Pantry, Arkansas Food Bank)

I am committed to continuing my efforts to make a positive impact in my community and beyond.

Role & Responsibilities:

Contributed over 100 hours supporting underserved communities through food distribution and assistance programs.
Organized inventory, assembled food packages, and interacted directly with individuals and families facing food insecurity.
