Why Pharmacy?
I am interested in pharmacy because I want to combine my passion for healthcare and helping others. I find the science behind medications fascinating and enjoy the idea of making a direct impact on people's health and well-being. Pharmacy also offers opportunities for lifelong learning and professional growth, which motivates me to pursue this career as a way to serve my community and make a positive difference in people's lives.

As a student at Louisiana State University, I am in pursuit of my Bachelor of Science in Psychology. The essay I wrote explains how majoring in psychology helps me prepare better for pharmacy school by giving me skills in understanding human behavior, communicating effectively, and thinking critically. These skills are important for working with patients and healthcare teams in pharmacy.
